On Monday, December 22, 2025, at around 02:20 A.M, the complainant was working at the business location, located at the 1200 block of Broadway St., in Houston, Texas. a male suspect snuck up on the Complainant while he was taking out the trash and pointed a gun demanding money from the business. Complainant escorted Suspect to the cash register. Suspect stole money from the register and threatened to kill Complainant. Complainant attempted to defend himself when Suspect shot the complainant. Suspect fled the business on foot.

#1 Male, dark colored hooded jacket, partial face mask, dark pants and shoes.
