Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspect responsible for a robbery with bodily injury (purse snatching).
On Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 6:25 pm,
the complainant was in a parking lot at 10181 Almeda Genoa, in Houston, Texas.
The complainant stated that as she was placing her groceries into her vehicle, an
unknown male approached her from behind. The complainant stated that when she
turned around, the male punched her in the face with a closed fist and then
forcibly grabbed her purse. The suspect then ran to a gray or green older model
sedan with messed up paint and fled the scene. Houston PD #649583-20
Suspect description: Black male, 5’9,
medium to heavy build, bald, medium skin tone and wore white shirt.
