Shoplifting Female Assaults Employee while Fleeing Store

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. 

On Monday, June 22, 2020 at around 10:30 pm, an unknown female walked into a Family Dollar, located at the 8500 block of Mesa, in Houston, Texas. The female walked throughout the store and concealed items in her purse. The female then attempted to leave with store without paying for the items and was approached by an employee. The female then assaulted the employee by scratching her and shoving her as she fled out of the store. The suspect got into a silver SUV and fled the scene. Houston PD #821827-20 

Suspect description: Black female, 30 to 35 years old, 5’3, 200 pounds, pink top and pink pants.
