Cell Phone Store Owner Shot 7 Times in Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in identifying the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery.

On Friday, May 6, 2022 at around 7:30 pm, two unknown males entered a cell phone store, located at the 8500 block of Jensen, in Houston, Texas. One of the males pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the complainant while demanding money. The complainant then pulled out his handgun and fired a shot towards the suspects, but missed. The suspect with the gun then fired several rounds at the complainant, striking him seven times. The suspects then removed the money from within the store along with a box of cell phones and then fled the scene. Houston PD #603523-22

The victim was transported to the hospital and is still recovering from his injuries.

Suspect #1: Black male, black hoodie and black pants.

Suspect #2: Black male, black jacket and black pants with white stripes.
