Suspect Wanted in West Houston Store Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible an aggravated robbery. 

On Monday, May 2, 2022 at around 5:15 pm, an unknown male walked into a store, located at the 5800 block of Ranchester, in Houston, Texas. The male walked up to the counter and acted as if he was purchasing something. As the employee opened the cash register, the male pulled out a handgun and demanded the money (in Spanish). The suspect then forced the employee to place the money from the cash drawer into a bag. At one point, the employee attempted to take the suspects gun away from him, causing the money to fall on the ground. The suspect then picked up several of the bills and ran out of the store towards a parking garage across the street. Houston PD #581379-22 

Suspect description: Hispanic male, 20 to 25 years old, 5’8, yellow tank top and black pants.
