One Suspect Arrested, Second Wanted in Uber Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in locating Destinee S. Guerrero, 24, who is currently wanted for aggravated robbery with serious bodily injury.

On Sunday, November 13, 2022 at around 8:30 am, the complainant, an Uber driver, picked up a male and female at a gas station on Tidwell and the Eastex (59N) Freeway, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown third party had set up the ride and the male and female kept changing the drop off locations and remained in the vehicle for about thirty minutes, until he finally decided that they needed to get out of the vehicle. The complainant parked his vehicle at a convenience store at 3000 Ella and told the male and female that they needed to get out. An altercation ensued and the suspects began assaulting the complainant, to the point that he lost consciousness. The male and female then got into the complainant’s vehicle and sped out of the parking lot. Houston PD #1534883-22
