Suspect Sought in Aggravated Robbery Home Invasion of Pregnant Victim

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery (home invasion).

On Thursday, August 15, 2024 at around 4:50 pm, the complainant, who is also eight months pregnant, was at her residence, located at the 6800 block of Avenue F, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she was upstairs asleep when she was awoken up by her dogs, who were barking downstairs. The complainant stated that an unknown male suddenly walked into her bedroom while holding a knife and threatened to harm her unless she cooperated. 

The suspect then began to rummage through the bedroom while looking for valuables. The complainant attempted to flee from her residence and was placed in a chokehold by the suspect and dragged through the living room. The complainant then fell to the ground and the suspect began taking her jewelry and watch. The complainant was then able to get away from the suspect and ran outside of her house while seeking help. The suspect also fled the location on foot. Houston PD #1163659-24 

Suspect descriptions: Hispanic Male, 45 to 50 years old, 5’5 to 5’7, 140 to 150 pounds, long gray goatee with curls.
