Suspects Sought in Shoplifting Turned Robbery at Shoe Store

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a shoplifting turned robbery by force. 

On Friday, May 24, 2024 at around 1:00 pm, two males entered a shoe store, located at the 5300 block of W. 34th, in Houston, Texas. An employee recognized one of the males as a frequent shoplifter and stood near the entrance of the store. The males grabbed several boxes of shoes and as the first suspect was leaving without making any attempts to pay for the merchandise, he forcibly pushed the female employee out of his way. The second suspect followed behind while also carrying several boxes of shoes. Both suspects then fled the location. Houston PD #747452-24

Suspect description: Black male, red shirt and multicolored shorts.

Suspect #2: Black male, black shirt and blue pants.
