Suspects Attack and Rob Store Customer After Being Denied Cigarette

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a robbery with bodily injury

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at around 5:00 pm, the complainant was making a purchase at a convenience store at the 7400 block of Cullen, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was approached by several young males who asked him for a cigarette. The complainant declined to give them a cigarette, so they then walked outside into the parking lot. As the complainant was leaving, the males attacked him by punching him in the face numerous times and then took his wallet. The suspects then fled the location on foot. Houston PD #847468-24

While the complainant was filing a police report, one of the suspects, a 13-year-old male, returned to the scene. Houston Police officers took the juvenile male into custody and robbery bodily injury charges were filed. The other three suspects identities remain unknown.  

Suspect description: Black male, black shirt and multicolored pants.

Suspect #2: Black male, black shirt and gray shorts.

Suspect #3: Black male, black hoodie and blue shorts.
