Suspect Identity Sought in Convenience Store Parking Lot Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery with bodily injury.

On Saturday, November 9, 2024 at around 8:00 pm, the complainant was walking to a convenience store at the 16200 block of Imperial Valley, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she was approached in the parking lot by an unknown male, who began making sexual advances towards her. The complainant attempted to run from the male, who ran after her and hit her with an unknown blunt object, causing her to fall to the ground. The suspect began to kick and stomp on her body, causing serious bodily injury. When the suspect went to grab the complainant’s purse, she was able to get back up and ran towards the convenience store.

The suspect then got back into his vehicle, drove to the front of the store, exited the vehicle and ran to the front door as the complainant ran into the store. The suspect then turned around, got back into in his vehicle, and fled the location. Houston PD #1571303-24

Suspect description: Black male, black shirt, black pants and white shoes.

Suspect vehicle: 2000 to 2005 beige/gold colored four-door Chevrolet Impala.
