The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in locating Smitchell Estimable (22) and Johnevun Payton (17), who are both currently wanted for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon..
On Monday July 29, 2024 at around 11:15 pm, four unknown males entered a smoke shop at the 2000 block of W. Alabama, in Houston, Texas. At least two of the males were armed with handguns as they demanded the money from the registers and safe. All four of the suspects rummaged through the store while taking money and merchandise. The same suspects are also believed to be connected in a series of aggravated robberies targeting vape shops in the City of Houston
Houston Police Robbery detectives conducted a follow up investigation and established Smitchell Estimable (22) and Johnevun Payton (17) as the suspects in the robbery. Once the Estimable and Payton were identified as the suspect in the robbery, aggravated robbery warrants were filed on November 18, 2024 and as of November 21th, the suspects have not been located and still have active warrants for their arrest.
