The Houston Police Department’s Robbery
Division needs the public's assistance in locating Willie Gabriel, 31, who is
currently wanted for robbery bodily injury.
On Saturday,
November 15, 2025, at around 1:00 AM, the complainant stated that she was
celebrating a friend’s birthday at a nightclub, located at the 5100 block of
Live Oak, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she shared pictures at
the party online along with her location on social media. A short time later, the
complainant’s ex-boyfriend appeared at the club and asked to speak to her
privately. The complainant then followed the male outside and sat in the
passenger seat of his vehicle. The male then forcibly grabbed the complainant’s
phone from her hands and began going through it. The complainant attempted to
get her phone back from her ex-boyfriend and was physically assaulted by being choked,
leaving bruises on her neck. The complainant was able to escape after a brief
struggle and ran back into the club as the suspect ran after her but was turned
away by the club employees. The complainant notified Houston Police and filed
an offense report. Patrol officers were also able to obtain photos of the complainant’s
injuries, which were also taken into evidence.
A
Houston Police Robbery Detective conducted a follow up investigation and established
the suspect as a previous boyfriend, whom the complainant knew by name and site
as Willie G. Gabriel, 31. On November 19, 2025, charges of robbery with bodily
injury were filed on Willie George Gabriel, 31, through the Harris County
District Attorney’s Office. As of December 3, Gabriel has not been located and
still has an active warrant for his arrest.
